About the Charity
Well-Being for All is all about improving mental health and well-being for everyone, from offering guidance to employers in the workplace to giving information to individuals, we want to help others to take positive steps to improving mental health for everyone. Although we are focusing on mental health, in order to have positive mental health and Well-Being you also need to look after your physical health so we will also share various health messages from time to time.
Our aim is to consolidate the information and give people a place they can go to get more information, to make taking positive steps towards a healthy mind a daily activity and to get it on the agenda for employers.

We want to make it as easy as possible for workplaces to set up a mental health and well-being programme so we have included guidance and templates on this web site.
To purpose of the charity is to relieve the needs of people experiencing or at risk of poor mental health in the workplace through, raising awareness of their mental health needs and promoting and supporting improvements to mental health support in the workplace.

Sarah Gardner
Sarah is a committed, senior project manager and business transformation professional with extensive experience in delivering successful change and strategic business improvement programmes, in a range of environments. She has over 15 years’ experience in Project Management and have led on numerous high-profile award-winning projects.
She is passionate about improving the lives of others and is keen to improve mental health and well-being for everyone.
She is the founder and chair of Well-Being for all as well as the founder and chair of the charities CHEF and Serving Our Superheroes.

Dr. Kim Vigor
Kim is an experienced Quality Control Manager with strong academic record and a keen interest in seeing laboratory research get to the clinic. She has extensive experience setting up and managing QC laboratories as well as QC compliance of GMP manufacturing facilities in her day job. She is a keen advocate of helping others and making a difference in the world.

Nick Butler
A dual qualified and collaborative commercial professional with over 30 years of experience within the construction industry, in particular civil engineering, infrastructure and building (including retail/commercial developments).
Nick is keen to improve mental health provisions, especially in the workplace, especially in sectors where traditionally mental health and well-being has not been on the agenda.
